Shipping and Returns

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders typically take 3-4* business days to complete.  Updated processing times are stated on each product listing under the Add to Cart button.  Order Processing Times typically increase during sales, holidays, etc.  Think Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc.  

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Orders (UK) 

Standard shipping within the UK is through Royal Mail First Class.​

 

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided for all express-shipped orders via an after-purchase email from Karen L’s Creation.  For an update on your order status, you can visit the Royal Mail Tracking and enter your tracking number provided to you in the Confirmation Purchase Email. Please note that standard Royal Mail 1st class orders are unable to be tracked.

RETURNS POLICY - DOMESTIC

Because Karen L’s Creation pieces are hand-made—specifically for you—we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom pieces. We are happy to offer free returns and exchanges* for non-custom, unworn pieces within 14 days of delivery.

 

For returns and exchanges, please include a brief note inside your package with the following:

1. Your first and last name and order number

2. Whether you would like a return or an exchange. If you would like to exchange, please specify what metal type and length/size you would like.

3. To initiate a return, please email Karen at mskarenlam@hotmail.com  

Please note that non-custom items are still handmade in my Welsh studio. Allow up to 5 business days for returns and exchanges to be processed.

*Exchanges must be for the same product, in a different metal type or size. All other exchange requests will be processed as store credit.

Please allow up to 5 business days to process the return. Once your package has been received, I will alert you via email.   ​

 

REWORKS & REPAIRS

If your piece has signs of wear, it is up to the discretion of Karen L’s Creation whether we can accept the return. If we made a mistake on your order, we are happy to fix or remake your order.  Please reach out to us at mskarenlam@hotmail.com if you think we made a mistake on your order.
