What is your production time?
Each handmade piece is made-to-order and takes time. Timing is subject to change with high order volume. My current production time is listed on our product listings as well as our Checkout page. NOTE: production time is in addition to shipping time.

What is gold filled?
Gold filled is a pressure-bonded layer of gold that has 100 times more gold than plated jewellery. It is durable, won't chip or flake, is tarnish-resistant, and is a great alternative to solid gold jewellery, at a much more reasonable price. It looks beautiful, and has a finish that will last years if cared for properly!
What is 925 Sterling Silver?
925 Sterling Silver is made from 92.5% pure silver, combined with 7.5% other metals to add strength and durability. It is a high-quality, long-lasting material that may naturally tarnish over time, but can easily be polished to restore its shine. With proper care, you can enjoy sterling silver jewellery for many years.

Does my order come with any warranty?
All of our jewellery is made and selected with care. Your purchase is protected by your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you believe your jewellery has developed a fault, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Commissioned and personalised pieces are made especially for you, so they can’t be returned or refunded for a change of mind. If there’s a problem with your piece, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to help with a repair.
Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage and damage caused by improper care are not considered manufacturing faults.
SAFETY NOTICE
My handmade products are not toys, they are not suitable for children under 36 months.
Children must NEVER be left unattended wearing hair accessories or any jewellery. The products contain small parts is a potential choking hazard.
Please do not allow children to suck or chew any of our products, such as hair clip, earrings and keyring as this may cause the product to come apart and become a choking hazard.
